Dear colleagues,
Endometrial cancer represents about 90% of all uterine cancers, and approximately 11,000 women are diagnosed with it each year in Germany alone and about 30% of all affected patients exhibit Microsatellite Instability (MSI). Given these numbers, we see an urgent need for accurate testing and diagnosis of potential Microsatellite Instability in all patients to ensure appropriate treatment. Our webinar aims to provide diagnostic laboratories and physicians across Europe with the opportunity to improve the quality of dMMR/MSI testing by standardizing the evaluation process. Only through reliable and comparable diagnostics patients can benefit from new treatment options, such as immune checkpoint inhibitors.

Prof. Josef Rüschoff
